Toronto based actress and 2003 Dora Award nominee Krista Sutton has more than 10 years of professional acting experience and has built an impressive body of work in theatre, film and television in both Toronto and New York . In an explosive burst Sutton's career rocketed to new levels of industry awareness by virtue of one key scene in the much talked about film, American Psycho. Called the "It Girl" at Sundance, Sutton's role opposite Christian Bale generated international coverage. Since then, when not performing gutsy Liz Irwin-Gallo on Global TV's hit improvisational soap opera Train48 Sutton has played a wide range of roles. Before "the train"; you saw her as Lorna Luft in the ABC mini-series and Golden Globe Winner Me and My Shadows, Shauna Bellman on The Associates and guest appearances on Twice in a Lifetime and the The Loretta Claiborne Story. More recently Sutton played opposite Richard Dreyfuss and Judy Davis as Georgia in Coast to Coast; with Jayne Eastwood in the new sitcom, In the Family; and co-starred in the comedic short film The Dogwalker, which was a 2003 Toronto International, Montreal World and Palm Springs Film Festival hit.
